JoB Training & Coaching in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support Nordic users with technical guidance in a high-tech environment. This on-site role offers a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule and the opportunity to thrive in Europe’s vibrant coastal capital and in global search engine services.

You will communicate in Norwegian and English, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless digital experience.

Qualificações

• Native Norwegian with professional English (B2+) proficiency.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or technical support.
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid EU passport or Portuguese work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for Nordic customers in Lisbon.
• Provide technical guidance for search engine services.
• Maintain high-quality issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
