Jobsonboard in Lisbon is seeking a Nordic Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our technical support team.

You will be the primary contact for Nordic users, delivering expert guidance and ensuring a smooth digital experience while working a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule in a high-tech office environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or technical support role.
• Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Norwegian and professional fluency in English (B2+).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with search engine ecosystems.
• Valid EU Passport/Citizenship or existing Portuguese work permit.
