Job summary
FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist Norwegian-speaking customers from Lisbon, Portugal. You will respond empathetically, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate information to help customers resolve their inquiries.
Working hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. The role offers a gross monthly salary of 1,400€ plus a 100€ performance bonus and a 150€ language bonus each month.
Qualifications
- Fluent/native-level Norwegian language proficiency.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Lisbon, Portugal and reside locally.
