FH Collective Academy is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Lisbon to assist Norwegian-speaking customers with empathy and accuracy. You will resolve inquiries, guide users through products, and maintain high satisfaction.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a gross monthly salary of 1,400€ plus a 100€ performance bonus and a 150€ language bonus. You must be legally authorized to work in Portugal and reside locally.

Qualificações

• Fluent/native-level Norwegian language proficiency.
