FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist Norwegian-speaking customers for a project in Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on empathetic and accurate customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues from Norwegian clients.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a gross salary of 1,400.00 € per month plus a performance bonus of 100 € and a language bonus of 150 €, with no relocation support offered.
