FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Customer Support Representative to assist Norwegian-speaking customers with empathy and accuracy. You will deliver clear solutions and ensure a positive, professional customer experience across support channels. The role runs Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Salary is 1,400.00 € gross per month, plus a 100.00 € language bonus and a 150.00 € performance bonus. Relocation is not provided; candidate must be legally eligible to work and reside locally.

Qualificações

• Fluent/native-level Norwegian language proficiency.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Lisbon, Portugal and reside locally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide empathetic and accurate customer support to Norwegian-speaking customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure a positive experience.
