Hiring International Academy seeks Customer Service Representatives with Nordic language skills to join our international customer support team. You will deliver excellent service and ensure high customer satisfaction across phone, email, and chat channels.

Relocation support to Europe is provided; English at least B2 is required. Prior customer service experience is a plus, and you will work in a multicultural environment with training and clear career growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• C1–C2 or higher proficiency in a Nordic language.
• B2 or higher level of English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilidades
