Ideal candidates will have experience in hotel Finance or Front Office, with a solid understanding of banking procedures and the ability to collaborate with the Night Manager during emergencies and routine

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills.
• Computer literate, with particularly strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Enjoy working in Night Shifts.
• Understanding of the responsibilities of other areas within the Finance Department.
• Previous experience in hotel Finance Department.
• Previous experience in Front Office or hotel outlets.

Responsabilités

• Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets.
• Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports.
• Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings.
• Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations.
• Work night shifts and collaborate with other Team Members.
