Inetum in Lisbon (Caparica) is seeking a Network & Telecommunications Technician to join an operational team providing 2nd line technical support within Inetum projects. The role focuses on troubleshooting network incidents and delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders.

You will work on IP networking, routing, switching and wireless technologies, collaborating with specialist teams to resolve complex issues, manage tickets, and contribute to service improvement in a fast-paced IT

Qualificações

• Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Technical education in Networks, Telecommunications or Information Technology.
• Knowledge of Routing, Switching and Wireless technologies.
• Experience in a 2nd line technical support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within technical teams.
• Knowledge of IP networking and telecommunications environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd line technical support for network and telecommunications services.
• Manage and follow up support tickets in line with SLAs.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve network incidents.
• Communicate with users and stakeholders to identify issues.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Contribute to service monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the support process.
