Job summary

Match Profiler is seeking a Network & Security Engineer to join a Cybersecurity project in Lisbon. Responsibilities include administration and optimization of F5 BIG-IP solutions, ensuring security and performance of applications and networks.

The role requires hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP and ASM/WAF, strong networking knowledge, and proactivity in a client-facing environment. Hybrid work in Lisbon with ongoing collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Professional experience with F5 BIG-IP.
• Experience with F5 ASM / WAF.
• Strong knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, routing).
• Experience in Network Security environments.
• Experience with troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Knowledge of other security solutions, such as Check Point, FortiGate, or A10, will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Network & Security Engineer - Hybrid (Lisbon)

We are looking for an F5 Network & Security Engineer to join a Cybersecurity project, responsible for the administration, configuration, implementation, and support of F5 solutions in enterprise environments.

The professional will work primarily with F5 BIG-IP solutions, ensuring the security, availability, and performance of applications and network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration, configuration, and maintenance of F5 BIG-IP solutions;
• Implementation and management of F5 ASM / WAF solutions;
• Configuration of Load Balancing and security policies;
• Troubleshooting and resolution of F5-related incidents;
