Fyld, a Portuguese consulting company, is seeking a Network Engineer – Cisco to join our Lisbon office. You will design, deploy, and optimize enterprise networks leveraging Cisco routers and switches, LAN/WAN/WLAN, and security best practices.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in enterprise networking, strong TCP/IP knowledge, BGP/OSPF experience, and excellent documentation and collaboration skills. English fluency is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in enterprise networking.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• Experience with LAN, WAN and WLAN environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and switching.
• Experience with routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs and access control.
• Experience with enterprise Wi‑Fi infrastructure, controllers and access points.
• Familiarity with Data Center networking.
• Experience with SD‑WAN or SD-Access environments.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, Information Technology , or a related field

• Ability to analyse incidents, troubleshoot complex network issues and implement effective solutions
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in technical teams and with different stakeholders
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent certification
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center
• Knowledge of Cisco ACI
• Experience with network automation using Python, APIs or Ansible
• Knowledge of MPLS or QoS
