Job summary

Concentrix seeks a Junior O2C Specialist in Porto, on-site, to ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and cash applications. You’ll monitor AR aging, address routine customer queries, and assist in month-end closings while maintaining ERP data integrity.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (written and spoken at C2) and proficient English (C1).
• 2–5 years in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Operations.
• Solid accounting and finance principles knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivots).
• ERP familiarity with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Generate invoices and credit notes complying with policies.
• Apply customer payments daily cash postings.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Assist in resolving simple queries; escalate complex disputes.
• Support month-end/quarter-end closings and audits.
• Maintain updated customer master data in ERP.
