IQVIA is seeking a Medical Information Specialist with Italian or Spanish, plus English and another language. The role centers on direct contact with health care professionals and patients, handling medical inquiries, adverse events, and product-quality questions to optimize safety profiles across multiple therapeutic areas.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science is required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Italian or Spanish (native/C2), English and one more additional language (min.C1).
• Willingness to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining consistently high-quality standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide phone support to health care professionals and patients, involving receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other types of calls as required.
• Receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes or emails from various sources including investigative sites during regular weekday business working hours.
• Establish and maintain effective team communications and provide regular feedback to management on project metrics and challenges.
• Build a positive, collaborative team environment with Lifecycle safety team members.
• Participate in training across Lifecycle safety service offerings and in working groups for new initiatives.
