Qualificações

• Minimum C2 level proficiency in French.
• Good command of English for communication with delivery centers.
• Enjoyment of working with Siemens specific IT tools.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and manage client requests via phone and email.
• Open and update client tickets in the Corporate GSP tool.
• Create clients in the Corporate GMDM tool.
• Clarify technical requests to prepare offers.

Conhecimentos

Proficiency in French – minimum C2 level

English communication

SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI, SD)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills

Accuracy and ability to multi-task
