Prysmian Group in Portugal seeks an experienced HSE Manager to drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site. You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and engagement with leadership to embed safety into daily decisions.

In this role you will coordinate with authorities, promote a strong learning culture, and develop the HSE team while reinforcing stop work authority. A strong stakeholder mindset and analytical problem solving are essential.

Qualificações

• Solid background in HSE management, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Experience in audits, compliance, and performance monitoring.

• Promote engagement, lead safety forums, and communicate HSE priorities
• Represent the site with authorities and support Group HSE strategy deployment
• Lead and develop the HSE team while reinforcing stop work authority
