Prysmian is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site. You will align HSE systems with ISO 45001 and 14001, identify risks, and support safe implementation of projects.

You will lead investigations, monitor performance, and develop the HSE team while embedding safety into daily decisions. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential in this role.

Qualificações

• Solid background in HSE management, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Experience in audits, compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure HSE systems alignment with ISO 45001 & 14001 and full regulatory compliance
• Identify and mitigate risks across operations, supporting safe implementation of new projects
• Monitor HSE performance and ensure corrective actions are effectively closed
• Lead incident investigations and promote a strong learning culture
• Partner with leadership to embed safety into daily decisions and strengthen safety culture
• Promote engagement, lead safety forums, and communicate HSE priorities
• Represent the site with authorities and support Group HSE strategy deployment
• Lead and develop the HSE team while reinforcing stop work authority
