Prysmian Group is seeking a Quality Lead to coordinate the laboratory team and ensure efficient production flow. You will act as the main liaison during inspections and audits with Sales, Production, and external customers, driving improvements in product quality.

Responsibilities include overseeing quality equipment, monitoring shop floor activities, and facilitating cross-functional root cause analysis to resolve issues promptly.

Qualificações

  • Proven experience in a quality, laboratory or manufacturing environment within an industrial/production setting.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, audits and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, root cause analysis).
  • Experience in dealing with different teams, driving performance and accountability.

Your role

About you
  • Proven experience in a quality, laboratory, or manufacturing environment within an industrial/production setting.

  • Solid knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to work directly on the shop floor and identify improvement opportunities.
