Ideal candidates have a degree in IT or related field, basic networking knowledge, and Portuguese fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor alarms and events using observability and operational management platforms
• Perform initial incident analysis and triage
• Execute operational procedures defined in runbooks and playbooks
• Create, update and track tickets
• Validate alerts and identify false positives
• Escalate incidents according to established severity processes
• Coordinate with technical teams and technology partners
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles
• Contribute to continuous improvement and technical learning initiatives

Job Description

Join an operational monitoring team responsible for supporting critical technology infrastructure. This role focuses on event monitoring, incident triage, ticket management, and operational support, with a structured development path toward NOC L2 responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and events using observability and operational management platforms.
• Perform initial incident analysis and triage.
• Execute operational procedures defined in runbooks and playbooks.
• Create, update and track tickets.
• Validate alerts and identify false positives.
• Escalate incidents according to established severity processes.
• Coordinate with technical teams and technology partners.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and technical learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Professional course, CET, Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Information Technology, Networks, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Suitable for recent graduates and junior professionals.
• Portuguese professional fluency.

Knowledge / Experience:

• Windows and Linux systems.
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN networking concepts.
• Monitoring and observability tools.
• Service Desk and ITSM platforms.
• Basic cloud, connectivity and infrastructure knowledge.
