Inetum, a European leader in digital services, is hiring for an operational monitoring role in Porto to support critical technology infrastructure on-site. You will focus on event monitoring, incident triage, ticket management, and adherence to runbooks, with a clear path toward L2 NOC responsibilities.

The position welcomes recent graduates and junior professionals with Portuguese fluency. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, based in Porto, Portugal.

Qualificações

• Professional course, CET, or Bachelor's degree in IT, networks, telecommunications or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor alarms and events using observability and runbooks.
• Perform initial incident analysis and triage.
• Create and track tickets in the Service Desk system.
• Escalate incidents per severity processes.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.

Job Description

Join an operational monitoring team responsible for supporting critical technology infrastructure. This role focuses on event monitoring, incident triage, ticket management, and operational support, with a structured development path toward NOC L2 responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and events using observability and operational management platforms.
• Perform initial incident analysis and triage.
• Execute operational procedures defined in runbooks and playbooks.
• Create, update and track tickets.
• Validate alerts and identify false positives.
• Escalate incidents according to established severity processes.
• Coordinate with technical teams and technology partners.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and technical learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Professional course, CET, Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Information Technology, Networks, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Suitable for recent graduates and junior professionals.
• Portuguese professional fluency.

Knowledge / Experience:

• Windows and Linux systems.
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN networking concepts.
• Monitoring and observability tools.
• Service Desk and ITSM platforms.
• Basic cloud, connectivity and infrastructure knowledge.
