Naphora Games Group is seeking a hands-on 3D Artist to craft high-quality assets for mobile game prototypes. You will collaborate with artists, designers, and programmers to take ideas from concept to implementation, balancing visual quality with mobile performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in 3D art, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Blender/Maya and Unity. The role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to explore styles and iterate quickly.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional 3D art experience, preferably mobile games.
• Strong portfolio across multiple styles and subjects.
• Proficiency in Blender, Maya or similar 3D tools.
• Experience creating low- and mid-poly assets for real-time environments.
• Practical experience with Unity and asset prep for implementation.
• Solid understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, and optimization.
• Familiarity with shaders and mobile rendering considerations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create, model, texture, and optimize high-quality 3D assets for Unity.
• Create props, environments, and characters per game needs and art direction.
• Take assets from concept through implementation-ready delivery.
• Ensure assets meet artistic and performance requirements.
• Optimize assets for mobile platforms and good runtime performance.
• Support lighting, materials, and scene presentation as needed.
• Maintain consistency of visual quality across game assets.
