Location Funchal Portugal We are seeking a talented and driven Unity Game Developer to join our team in Funchal Portugal As a Unity developer you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality 2D and 3D games and interactive experiences for various platforms

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the game design team to create engaging gameplay mechanics and features
• Write clean efficient and well-documented code in C for Unity engine
• Implement game functionality as per design specifications
• Optimize game performance for different devices and platforms
• Troubleshoot and debug any technical issues that may arise during development
• Stay updated on industry trends new technologies and best practices related to game development

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Unity developer
• Proficient in C programming language
• Strong understanding of Unity engine and its features
• Experience with game physics animations shaders UIUX design
• Knowledge of mobile game development and optimization techniques
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively

Bonus Skills

• Experience with other game engines such as Unreal or CryEngine
• Familiarity with VRAR development
• Passion for gaming and knowledge of popular gaming trends

Salary
