Stealth Startup is hiring a founding Agent / LLM Engineer in Porto. You will architect and scale our next-generation agent infrastructure, focusing on LangGraph workflows, robust RAG systems, and a highly scalable MCP server.

• Experience building AI systems in production.

• Ability to reason about edge cases and reliability.

You test edge cases obsessively.

What You’ll Own

• Design complex LangGraph reasoning workflows
• Build robust RAG systems (Postgres + pgvector)
• Build our MCP server infrastructure
• Design for 1000+ concurrent conversations

You are accountable for reliability.

Technical Baseline

• Advanced Python (async mindset)
• LangChain / LangGraph
• Vector DB + embeddings
• FastAPI
• Distributed / scalable systems thinking
