Xelerate is seeking a versatile engineer who bridges AI development, data engineering, and productization. You will adapt to changing project needs by building new agent features, connecting data sources, creating data pipelines, and writing tests.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and the AI Solution Architect, contribute to LLM agent architectures, and support data ingestion processes while maintaining high-quality technical standards and clear documentation.

Qualificações

• Practical experience in software development using Python.
• Exposure to LLM concepts/APIs or a strong, proactive motivation to rapidly specialize in AI engineering, MLOps, and data systems.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, SQL, and foundational cloud concepts (Azure AI Foundry exposure is a plus).
• Highly curious, adaptable profile comfortable switching focus across AI logic, backend tasks, and data engineering as business needs evolve.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute flexibly to both LLM agent development and productionization based on evolving project priorities and roadmap demands
• Implement core features, API connections, and tool integrations within existing AI agent architectures
• Connect internal industrial data sources and systems to support agent workflows and data ingestion processes
• Assist with data engineering tasks and contribute to the broader shared Data & Analytics Platform (data pipelines, data models, integrations)
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, write automated tests, and support quality measurement and evaluation frameworks
• Collaborate actively across the hybrid team structure, pairing with senior engineers and the AI Solution Architect to continuously refine software delivery

You are a generalist that bridges AI development, productization and data engineering, deliberately broad.
