Work Life Group is seeking a practitioner to develop and deliver the CIS planning course for staff officers from multiple nations, based in Oeiras near Lisbon. You will create and maintain course content, coordinate expert instructors, and manage the learning portal while traveling to other sites as needed.

The role requires deep NATO CIS planning policy knowledge, experience in operations/exercises, and strong English. You will assess students and provide feedback reports after each course.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of advanced knowledge of current NATO CIS planning policy, doctrine and procedures.
• At least 5 years of advanced knowledge of NATO CIS capabilities in operations and exercises.
• At least 3 years writing policies, plans, orders, training material and learning aids.
• Fluent professional English.
• A plus: a CIS planning course, a CIS technical instructor qualification, headquarters experience.
