WLG in Oeiras, a multinational defence training academy near Lisbon, seeks a practitioner to develop, deliver, and maintain the CIS planning course for staff officers from multiple nations.

You will prepare practical exercises, coordinate experts, and update the training portal, while assessing students and providing post-course reports. Travel with mobile teams may be required.

Formación

• 3+ years with NATO CIS planning policy, doctrine and procedures.
• 5+ years knowledge of NATO CIS capabilities in operations and exercises.
• 3+ years of writing policies, training material and orders.
• Fluent professional English.

A multinational defence training academy in Oeiras, near Lisbon, has redesigned its CIS planning course and needs a practitioner who can develop the content, work with the expert speakers and deliver the course to staff officers from many nations.

What You Would Be Doing

What you would bring

• At least 3 years of advanced knowledge of current NATO CIS planning policy, doctrine and procedures
• At least 5 years of advanced knowledge of NATO CIS capabilities in operations and exercises
• At least 3 years writing policies, plans, orders, training material and learning aids
• Fluent professional English
• A plus: a CIS planning course, a CIS technical instructor qualification, headquarters experience
