EPAM Systems in Lisbon, Portugal is looking for a Mid-level Java Developer to join our hybrid team. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of a critical derivatives platform supporting pre-trade and post-trade for equity products.

You will work in an Agile environment delivering secure, scalable software and collaborating with business stakeholders and production support to ensure timely delivery and platform stability.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in software development.
• Strong Java (21+) and Spring expertise.
• Relational DB and SQL proficiency.
• Knowledge of asynchronous messaging.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain application components with focus on quality, security and performance.
• Work in an Agile environment with analysis, docs, coding, testing and reviews.
• Collaborate with production support for releases and issue resolution.
• Clarify requirements with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide L3 support and contribute to platform stability and improvements.
