EPAM Systems in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Java Developer – Electronic Equities to join our hybrid team. You will build real-time data applications for client reporting and ensure performance and data accuracy in regulatory reporting contexts.

The role requires 5+ years of Java experience, familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD with Maven, and an agile mindset. Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience with Java 8+.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, requirements analysis, and testing.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of reporting or BI platforms.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD practices, Maven, Git, and Shell scripting.
• JavaScript with Angular or React is nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain real-time data applications for client reporting.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of the platform.
• Follow agile practices including analysis, documentation, testing, code reviews.
• Implement robust unit and integration testing processes.
• Collaborate with production support for releases and maintenance.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide L3 support.
• Contribute to system enhancements and new features for regulatory reporting.
