Sysmatch in Lisbon offers a Microsoft Security Specialist role with hybrid work. You will assess and strengthen security across endpoints, identities, applications, and cloud workloads, and implement Defender modules to optimise protection.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years with Microsoft security, 5+ years as a consultant, and holds SC-100/AZ-500 certifications; additional Azure experience is a plus. Excellent collaboration in a dynamic team is expected.

Microsoft Security Specialist (M/F) - Hybrid Lisbon

Requirements (must have):

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Security stack
• 5+ years of experience as a Security Consultant
• Strong knowledge of security modules within Microsoft Office (SaaS), Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft Security certifications such as SC-100 and AZ-500

Nice to Have / Plus:

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Security certifications: SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-500, MS-500
• Microsoft Identity certifications: MS-100, MS-101
• Microsoft Cloud certifications: AZ-104, AZ-300, AZ-301
• Industry-recognized security certifications: CCSP, CCSK, CISSP

Core Responsibilities:

Salary Range: €45k - €50k Gross/Annual + Other Components/Benefits.
