Accenture Technology is seeking a Cloud Security Analyst to join our Security Transformation team in Lisbon (hybrid). You will support secure adoption and governance of Azure cloud environments and strengthen security controls across CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires 2+ years in cloud security, Azure knowledge, and strong English communication. You will collaborate with Infra, DevOps and Engineering teams to drive secure cloud architectures and ongoing compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in cybersecurity or cloud security roles.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and security.
• English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Nice-to-have experience with Azure CSPM monitoring and secure architecture reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Provide cloud security expertise across the project lifecycle.
• Conduct security assessments and architecture reviews to validate security requirements and identify risks.
• Perform cloud compliance assessments against organizational standards and policies.
• Define, maintain, and promote Azure security baselines and hardening standards.
• Assess services/workloads to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.
• Support the implementation of security controls across Azure environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, and DevOps teams to embed security into cloud solutions.
• Monitor cloud security posture and follow CSPM findings for remediation.

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Cloud Security Analyst. As an essential part of our Security Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting the secure adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of Azure cloud environments. We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in cloud security, risk assessment, compliance, and secure cloud architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Infrastructure, or related technical roles
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, cloud computing concepts, and Azure security capabilities
• Understanding of cloud security principles, risk assessment methodologies, and security control validation
• Knowledge of cloud governance, compliance, and security frameworks
• Familiarity with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) solutions
• Basic understanding of CI/CD processes and cloud security best practices
• Experience collaborating with infrastructure, engineering, and DevOps teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English (C1 or above), with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support business and technology projects by providing cloud security expertise throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct security assessments and architecture reviews to validate security requirements and identify risks
• Perform cloud compliance assessments and gap analyses against organizational standards and policies
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure Azure cloud architectures
• Define, maintain, and promote Azure security baselines, hardening standards, and security best practices
• Assess cloud services and workloads to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support the implementation of security controls across Azure environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct risk assessments and provide actionable remediation recommendations
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, and DevOps teams to embed security into cloud solutions
• Monitor cloud security posture and support remediation activities identified through CSPM findings
• Configure and maintain Azure Policies to enforce governance and security controls
• Support the adoption and enforcement of cloud governance standards across the organization
• Stay current with emerging cloud security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments
• Experience with CSPM solutions and cloud security monitoring
• Experience performing cloud security assessments and secure architecture reviews
• Knowledge of Azure Policy configuration and governance controls
• Familiarity with cloud hardening practices and security baseline development
• Understanding of cloud risk management and remediation processes
• Experience implementing security controls within CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure software delivery practices
• Relevant certifications such as:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)

Additional Information

Location: Lisbon (hybrid)

Travel: Flexibility to travel within Europe as required for project activities and stakeholder engagements. It's mandatory 3 days on Alfragide office.
