Devoteam Porto is seeking a Senior Power Platform Consultant to own end-to-end implementation life cycle, maintenance, and data solutions using Power Apps and Power BI. You will translate business needs into technical realities and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored solutions that drive business impact.

This role focuses on creating scalable, AI-enabled processes while maintaining autonomy.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in technical development or consulting in Power Platform.
• Strong Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven) knowledge in the Power Platform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps.
• English level B2 or higher; ability to communicate across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain Power Platform solutions end-to-end.
• Create data models and dashboards with Power BI for decisions.
• Lead lifecycle management with autonomy and stakeholder collaboration.
• Extend capabilities with pro-code in C#/.NET when needed.
• Integrate AI using AI Builder and Copilot into workflows.
• Apply CI/CD best practices in development workflows with Azure DevOps.

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end implementation life cycle, maintenance, building custom applications and data solutions. What You Will Do

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain custom business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps).
• Create insightful data models and dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle of solutions with a high degree of autonomy.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Extend Power Platform capabilities using "pro-code" solutions (C# / .NET) to meet complex business requirements.
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence into business processes using AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot.
• Integrate CI/CD best practices into the development workflow using Azure DevOps.

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience:4+ years of experience in technical development or consulting roles in Power Platform environments.
• Power Apps: Strong proficiency in building custom apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) and a deep understanding of the Power Platform environment.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Practical awareness or experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically within an Azure DevOps environment.
• Language: English B2 Level or higher (Mandatory) – ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a multicultural context.

Nice-to-Have (Highly Valued)

• AI & Copilot: Experience with AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio to create intelligent workflows and generative AI solutions.
• Pro-Code Experience: Familiarity with C# and .NET for developing Dataverse plugins, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls, and custom connectors.
• Familiarity with SharePoint architecture and integration.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for agile project management and version control.
