Job summary

Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop and customize Dynamics 365 solutions for clients. You will work from Lisbon with Agile teams, translating business requirements into technical designs and delivering high-quality UI components using React and PCF.

This role requires 4+ years in Dynamics 365, strong stakeholder communication, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of professional experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions.
• Proven ability to analyse, develop, implement and customise Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong hands-on experience developing custom Microsoft Dynamics 365 UI components using React and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Proficiency in configuring and using out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 components and modules.
• Experience preparing design specifications and presenting or demonstrating solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile teams and delivering Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure development and hands-on experience with Azure technologies are valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Business fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
