Robert Bosch Group in Aveiro, Portugal, invites ambitious early-career professionals to join the Bosch Career Acceleration Program – Boost. Over 24 intensive months, you will rotate across areas like Operations and R&D, be paired with a dedicated mentor, and participate in a structured training plan to accelerate your professional growth.

You will undertake three assignments in Portugal (any site) and at least one international location, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive learning

Qualificações

• Education: Degree in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering or related areas.
• Experience: Maximum 5 years of professional experience. Experience in using agile methodologies is valued.
• Languages: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for our international environment.
• Mobility: Availability to work at any Bosch site in Portugal. Willingness to work abroad for a period (6 or more months).

Responsabilidades

• Participation in the 24-month Bosch Career Acceleration Program with three assignments (Portugal sites and at least one international).
• Mentor will support your development and provide constructive feedback throughout the program.
• Comprehensive and continuous training plan to sharpen skills and expand expertise.
• Exposure to main business areas: Operations (Production Engineering & Manufacturing Excellence) and Research & Development (R&D).
