Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or related field.
• Experience in HR, Learning & Development, Training or similar areas.
• Familiarity with corporate learning environments and LMS.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact and advisor for managers and HR on suitable learning solutions.
• Align local needs with corporate and regional training portfolio and promote visibility of learning solutions.
• Support rollout of training initiatives and guide employees in using learning tools and programs.
• Provide structured feedback on training effectiveness and user experience to regional teams.
• Bridge local stakeholders with regional learning teams to ensure strategic alignment.
