Bosch Aveiro hosts the Career Acceleration Program – Boost, a 24-month journey designed for ambitious early-career professionals. You will explore multiple areas of the Bosch Group, be paired with a dedicated mentor, and participate in a comprehensive training plan to accelerate your growth.

During the program you will complete three assignments, including at least one international. Mobility across sites in Portugal and abroad is supported to maximize learning and career development.

Qualificações

• Education: Degree in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Experience: Maximum 5 years of professional experience. Experience with agile methodologies is valued.
• Working Style: Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Personality: Adaptable, proactive, eager to learn and take initiative.
• Languages: English fluent (written and spoken) is essential.
• Mobility: Willingness to work at any Bosch site in Portugal and abroad for 6+ months.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a 24-month acceleration program with three assignments across Portugal and at least one international site.
