Robert Bosch Group in Aveiro, Portugal, invites ambitious early-career professionals to join the Bosch Career Acceleration Program – Boost. Over 24 intensive months, you will rotate across areas like Operations and R&D, be paired with a dedicated mentor, and participate in a structured training plan to accelerate your professional growth.

You will undertake three assignments in Portugal (any site) and at least one international location, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive learning

Qualificações

Education: Degree in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering or related areas.
Experience: Maximum 5 years of professional experience. Experience in using agile methodologies is valued.
Languages: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for our international environment.
Mobility: Availability to work at any Bosch site in Portugal. Willingness to work abroad for a period (6 or more months).

Responsabilidades

Participation in the 24-month Bosch Career Acceleration Program with three assignments (Portugal sites and at least one international).
Mentor will support your development and provide constructive feedback throughout the program.
Comprehensive and continuous training plan to sharpen skills and expand expertise.
Exposure to main business areas: Operations (Production Engineering & Manufacturing Excellence) and Research & Development (R&D).
