Job summary

Northern Health seeks a Consumer Peer Support Worker to join the HOPE Program in Mill Park. The role uses lived experience to promote recovery, hope and engagement with community supports. This is a part-time, ongoing position with 64 hours per fortnight.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to strengthen consumer choice, document care and support trauma-informed, person-centred practice.
