Job summary

TransPerfect in Lisbon is seeking a Client Services Associate to serve as the first point of contact for existing clients and coordinate language projects.

You will work with the production team to estimate scope, schedule, and budgets, ensure deadlines, and maintain high‑quality deliverables. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, experience in customer service, strong English communication, and excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through centralized technology.
• Collaborate with production team to assess scope and produce cost and timeline estimates.
• Provide detailed budgets, schedules and instructions to the project team; anticipate pitfalls.
• Ensure issues are addressed with the client before submission to production.
• Learn about clients' industry and culture; educate the project team; maintain high service levels.
• Monitor project progress; ensure deadlines and budgets; deliver high-quality results.
• Serve as liaison between external clients and internal production staff.
• Set and manage client expectations; comply with ISO regulations.
