Aufgaben

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technology.
• Collaborate with production team to assess scope and provide budget, schedule and instructions for translation projects.
• Initiate project work with detailed budget, schedule and instructions, foreseeing potential roadblocks.
• Ensure issues are addressed with the client before submission to production.
• Provide guidance to production team and project setup for success.
• Learn about clients' industry and business needs to deliver high-level service.
• Monitor project progress, adhere to deadlines and budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as liaison between external client contacts and internal production staff.
• Set and manage client expectations; comply with ISO regulations and processes.
• Troubleshoot problem projects when needed and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
• Discuss issues with clients and production staff to creatively resolve problems.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by a manager.
