Qualifications

• We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering graduate with maintenance experience.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance is required.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control is essential.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-project management abilities.
• Excellent communication in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for mechanical equipment.
• Analyze failures and lead root-cause investigations to reduce downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify reliability improvements.
• Support troubleshooting and provide mechanical expertise.
• Manage spare parts strategies and inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering and HSE teams for safe operations.
• Drive continuous improvement for asset reliability and cost reduction.
• Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.
