The Bosch Group in Portugal invites motivated Mechanical Engineering students for an academic internship focused on simulation-based development for PCB assemblies. The project covers process modeling, material characterization, and automation with Python and Ansys, offering hands-on training in a multinational environment.

You will work under supervision, perform literature reviews, run experiments, develop and validate simulation models, and contribute to thesis writing.

Qualificações

• Advanced Knowledge Fluid Mechanics and Strength of Materials.
• FEM and/or CFD experience or exposure.
• Python knowledge and scripting ability.
• Experimental design and basic data analysis.
• Fluent English and good presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop/ improve simulation models (Python based).
• Investigate material properties for reflow soldering.
• Literature review and experimental characterization.
• Familiarization with simulation software (Ansys) and model validation.
• Contribute to discussion and thesis writing.
