Keenfinity Group seeks a senior MDM Expert to lead the transformation of its data landscape from a legacy environment into a modern, lean setup. You will own end-to-end MDM across Salesforce, ERP, PIM and frontend platforms, establishing data ownership and scalable governance to support digital growth and AI readiness.

Role focuses on data domains, governance, quality, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations.

Qualificações

• 7–10+ years in MDM, data governance, or enterprise data management roles.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data models, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce), ERP, and PIM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Definition and execution of the MDM transformation roadmap (legacy → lean PE setup).
• Establishment of a scalable and pragmatic MDM framework aligned with business priorities.
• Definition of data domains and ownership models (Customer, Product, Material, Vendor, Pricing, Installed Base).

We are looking for a senior MDM Expert to lead the transformation of our data landscape from a complex legacy environment into a modern, lean, and business-driven setup.

This is a transformation role with end-to-end ownership for Master Data Management across systems such as Salesforce, ERP, PIM, and frontend platforms. The focus is on establishing clear data ownership, governance, and scalable processes as a foundation for digital growth and AI enablement.

Job Description

• Definition and execution of the MDM transformation roadmap (Bosch legacy → lean PE setup)
• Establishment of a scalable and pragmatic MDM framework aligned with business priorities
• Definition of data domains (Customer, Product, Material, Vendor, Pricing, Installed Base) and ownership models

Data Governance & Ownership

• Implementation of end-to-end data governance including roles, responsibilities, and workflows
• Definition of “single source of truth” per data object across systems (CRM, ERP, PIM)
• Enforcement of data quality standards and validation processes
• Embedding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, export controls, sanctions screening on vendor master) into governance and tooling
• Close collaboration with the E2E IT Architect to define the role of MDM within the target architecture
• Integration of MDM processes into core systems (esp. Salesforce, ERP, PIM)
• Evaluation and implementation of MDM tooling (e.g. Stibo STEP, Informatica or similar)

Data Quality & Lifecycle Management

• Definition and tracking of data quality KPIs
• Implementation of workflows for data creation, validation, enrichment, and maintenance
• Elimination of shadow processes (esp. Excel-based logic)

Business Enablement & AI Readiness

• Ensuring high-quality data as foundation for CRM, portal, and AI use cases
• Supporting business teams with clear and usable data structures
• Provisioning of governed master data feeds into the BI and analytics estate
• Steering of external MDM and data governance partners
• Alignment with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations
• Close coordination with central IT and transformation initiatives

Qualifications

Education

• Degree in Business Informatics, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• 7–10+ years in MDM, data governance, or enterprise data management roles

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data models, and governance frameworks
• Experience with MDM tools (e.g. Stibo STEP, Informatica)
• Deep understanding of system landscapes incl. CRM (esp. Salesforce), ERP, and PIM
• Experience in API-based and integrated architectures

Skills

• Strong transformation and change management mindset
• Ability to simplify complex legacy structures into lean target models
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
• Data-driven and structured way of working
