Keenfinity Group seeks a senior MDM Expert to lead the transformation of its data landscape from a legacy environment into a modern, lean setup. You will own end-to-end MDM across Salesforce, ERP, PIM and frontend platforms, establishing data ownership and scalable governance to support digital growth and AI readiness.

Role focuses on data domains, governance, quality, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations.

Qualificações

• 7–10+ years in MDM, data governance, or enterprise data management roles.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data models, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce), ERP, and PIM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Definition and execution of the MDM transformation roadmap (legacy → lean PE setup).
• Establishment of a scalable and pragmatic MDM framework aligned with business priorities.
• Definition of data domains and ownership models (Customer, Product, Material, Vendor, Pricing, Installed Base).
• Implementation of end-to-end data governance including roles, responsibilities, and workflows.
• Enforcement of data quality standards and validation processes.
• Integration of MDM processes into core systems (Salesforce, ERP, PIM) and collaboration with IT architecture.

Formação académica

Degree in Business Informatics, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field
