Keenfinity is seeking a highly experienced E2E IT Architect to be the chief designer of our modern commercial technology landscape. You will design end-to-end architecture for CRM (Salesforce), PIM, PLM, and ERP, ensuring secure, scalable data flows and cohesive integration through API gateways and microservices.

You will drive standards, governance, and technology evaluation, collaborating with product owners and business leaders.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years as IT Architect, with 3-5 years in distributed, integrated enterprise systems.
• Deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API gateways, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), PIM, and ERP integrations via APIs.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP a plus).
• Architectural certifications desirable (AWS SA-Pro, TOGAF).
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to influence stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic E2E IT Architect to be the chief designer of our modern commercial technology landscape. You will be responsible for creating the digital backbone that connects our core business systems, including CRM (Salesforce), PIM, PLM and others. You will be the ultimate authority on technical design, ensuring the seamless integration, security, scalability, and coherence of our IT architecture. Your work will enable a flexible, resilient, and future-proof technology stack that supports a wide range of business initiatives, from API-driven frontends to internal process automation.

Job Description

• Architectural Vision & Design: Define and maintain the end-to-end technical architecture for all commercial and enterprise systems. Design the central integration strategy and layer (e.g., using an API Gateway and microservices) to ensure seamless data flow between all relevant backend services (CRM, PIM, PLM, ERP) and various consuming applications.
• Standards & Governance: Develop, document, and enforce architectural standards for API design, data architecture, microservices, event-driven communication, and security (OAuth 2.0, OIDC). Ensure a loosely coupled and highly cohesive system landscape across the enterprise.
• Technical Governance & Oversight: Govern the technical implementation of all major IT projects, conducting architectural reviews and ensuring solutions are aligned with the overall enterprise architecture and long-term technology strategy. Act as the final approval point for significant technical designs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Owners (Frontend, CRM) and business leaders to understand future requirements and translate them into a scalable, flexible, and cost-effective architecture. Provide expert guidance on the technical feasibility, risks, and implications of business initiatives.
• Technology Evaluation & Selection: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and patterns across the industry. Make strategic recommendations for the adoption of new technologies for the integration layer, API gateway, cloud services, and other components of the enterprise technology stack.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience as an IT Architect, with at least 3-5 years focused on designing and implementing complex, distributed, and integrated systems in an enterprise environment.
• Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API Gateways (e.g., AWS API Gateway, Kong), microservices architecture and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of core enterprise platforms like CRM (Salesforce), PIM and ERP systems, with proven experience integrating them via APIs in a high-throughput environment.
• Technical Expertise: Experience with a variety of data models and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Technical Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS is preferred, Azure/GCP is a plus) and their PaaS/SaaS offerings (e.g., Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS).
• Skills: Relevant architectural certifications are highly desirable (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, TOGAF).
• Skills: Excellent strategic thinking, systems thinking, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
