Blip is seeking an Associate Product Manager (Maternity Cover) to deliver game-changing improvements with a user-focused mindset. You will contribute to defining features, learning and explaining OKRs, and collaborating with engineering to ensure feasible scope.

You will engage in user research, write clear requirements, and participate in experiments, while building product knowledge and data fluency. This role offers growth within a supportive, diverse team.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver smaller product features within a sprint.
• Explain OKRs and connect daily work to outcomes.
• Participate in user research and small experiments.
• Document product requirements for smaller features.
• Coordinate with Engineering and cross-functional peers on feasibility.
• Triage delivered features and suggest fixes.
• Support team ceremonies with clarity and motivation.
• Build product knowledge and awareness of data tools.
