Blip is seeking an Associate Product Manager to deliver game-changing improvements. You will be pivotal in delivering user-focused solutions that align with customer and business objectives.

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of features, participate in research, and work with cross-functional teams to validate feasibility and outcomes. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position in Porto.

Responsabilidades

• Support the definition and delivery of smaller product features within a single sprint.
• Explain team OKRs and connect day-to-day work to outcomes.
• Participate in user research and small experiments, and perform post-launch analysis.
• Document and communicate product requirements for smaller features; ensure requirements are understood in refinement sessions.
• Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teammates to validate feasibility.
• Help triage and validate the quality of delivered features; suggest possible causes and propose solutions.
• Actively contribute to team ceremonies; provide clarity, context, and motivation in squad discussions.
• Build product knowledge, market awareness, and familiarity with data tools and best practices.

The Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to deliver game-changing improvements.As a product expert, you’ll be pivotal in delivering high-impact, user-focused solutions that align with both customer and business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the definition and delivery of smaller product features and enhancements within a single sprint.
• Learn and clearly explain team, pillar, and BU OKRs, connecting day-to-day work to outcomes.
• Participate in user research and discovery sessions; contribute to small experiments and post-launch analysis.
• Document and communicate product requirements for smaller features; ensure requirements are understood in refinement sessions.
• Partner with Engineering and other cross-functional teammates to validate feasibility and scope.
• Help triage and validate the quality of delivered features; suggest possible causes and propose solutions for issues.
• Actively contribute to team ceremonies; provide clarity, context, and motivation in squad discussions.
• Build product knowledge, market awareness, and familiarity with data tools and best practices.
