Zusammenfassung

Exclusive Networks procura um Marketing Specialist para integrar a equipa de Marketing. Reportará ao Diretor de Marketing da Ibéria e colaborará com equipas de marketing, vendas e fornecedores para desenvolver e executar campanhas por email, web, redes sociais e eventos com foco em leads qualificados.

O(a) candidato(a) ideal tem pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em marketing, fluência em Português, Inglês e Espanhol, experiência com HubSpot e competências em Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifikationen

• Formação universitária, preferencial em Marketing, Administração ou Economia.
• Fluência escrita e falada em Português, Inglês e Espanhol; outros idiomas são um plus.
• Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em marketing.
• Experiência com Marketing Automation (HubSpot preferencial).
• Conhecimento de Excel e PowerPoint é essencial.
• Capacidade de criar conteúdo criativo (texto, banners, eDMs).
• Experiência em marketing de eventos é um diferencial.
• Conhecimento de ferramentas de Marketing Digital, Adobe Suite, WordPress e SEO/SEM.
• Experiência em ambiente B2B multinacional e/ou empresas de TI.
• Atenção aos detalhes, organização e cumprimento de prazos.

Aufgaben

• Criar newsletters e campanhas de email usando uma ferramenta de automação de marketing.
• Traduzir e localizar conteúdos para redes sociais, eDMs e brochuras.
• Atualizar o website e outros ativos digitais da empresa.
• Organizar webinars, eventos presenciais e outras campanhas de marketing.
• Gestão administrativa de fundos de marketing: pedidos, reembolsos e faturação.
• Criar relatórios, atualizar trackers e calendários.
• Operações de base de dados de marketing: upload/download e checagens de integridade.
• Coordenar campanhas de geração de leads para obter leads qualificados.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a professional to join our Marketing Team as a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Director of Iberia and will collaborate with our marketing, sales and vendors’ teams in developing and executing email, web, social media, event and marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and to promote Exclusive Networks and the distributed brands.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Create newsletters and email campaigns by using a dedicated marketingautomation tool.
• Create, translate and localize contents for social media, eDMs, brochures.
• Update company website and other digital assets.
• Organize webinars, on-site events and other marketing campaigns.
• Administrative management of marketing funds: fund requests, claim processing and invoicing activities.
• Create reports, update trackers and calendars.
• Marketing database operations: upload, download, sanity check.
• Coordinate demand generation campaigns to achieve qualified leads for the business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

"The idealcandidate:"

• University degree preferably inMarketing, Business Administration and Economics.
• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese, English and Spanish, other languages are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Software Marketing Automation experience is necessary (Hubspot preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, banners, eDMs…).
• Experience in event marketing is a big plus.
• Experience with Digital Marketing tools, Adobe suite,WordPress and knowledge of SEO/SEM techniquesis preferred.
• Preferably experience in multinational B2B environment and/or IT companies.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to respect deadlines and prioritization of tasks are essential.
• Ability to function independently, while also being a real team player, in a rapidly evolving environment.
• A can-do attitude, hunger to learn, creative and proactive approaches are essential.
