Deel is seeking a Growth Marketing Science Lead to architect a data-driven testing ecosystem and steer paid marketing strategy across channels. You’ll own experimental design, attribution, and analytics infrastructure to accelerate global growth and improve ROI.

You’ll collaborate with analytics and marketing teams, work with Snowflake/dbt and modern BI tools, and translate data insights into actionable growth opportunities across a multi-market organization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a Data Analytics or Growth Marketing role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Snowflake or a comparable stack.
• Deep understanding of experimentation methods, sample size and confidence intervals.
• Familiarity with the B2B sales funnel.
• Growth mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead a high-velocity A/B and multivariate testing roadmap across channels and audience segments.
• Provide strategic data briefs to steer channel spend based on test winners.
• Mine data for untapped growth levers and build a business case for expansion.
• Stay at the bleeding edge of ad platforms and experiment with alpha/beta features.
• Refine multi-touch attribution and MMM models to measure impact in non-linear journeys.
• Partner with Analytics Engineering to build scalable Snowflake/dbt data models and dashboards.

As the Growth Marketing Science Lead, you will be the architect of our "Test and Learn" ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Experimentation Roadmap: Design and lead a high-velocity A/B and multivariate testing roadmap across channels, campaign types, ad creatives and audience segments.
• Strategic Guidance: Serve as the "strategic pulse" for the Paid Marketing team. Provide data-backed briefs that tell Channel Managers exactly where to pivot spend based on test winners.
• Opportunity Discovery: Go beyond standard reporting to "mine" data for untapped growth levers. Identify patterns that haven't been scaled and propose the business case for expansion.
• Platform Alpha & Best Practices: Stay at the bleeding edge of ad platform capabilities (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). Experiment with "alpha/beta" features (e.g., Value-Based Bidding, PMax experimentation) to ensure our stack is consistently ahead of industry benchmarks.
• Advanced Attribution: Continuously refine our multi-touch attribution (MTA) and Media Mix Modeling (MMM) models to measure the incremental impact of non-linear B2B buyer journeys.
• Marketing Data Infrastructure: Partner with Analytics Engineering to build clean, scalable data models in Snowflake (via dbt) that specifically track experiment lift and incrementalities, and present their performance metrics in dashboard.

Desired Skills And Competencies

• Deep understanding of experimentation methodology, sample size calculation, p-values and confidence intervals.

• Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.

• Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
