Procter & Gamble in Lisbon offers a Marketing & Sales Technologist internship starting 1 July. You will join a multi-functional digital transformation team, analyzing consumer data to guide key business decisions and build scalable data projects with global teams.

You will work with Power BI, Python and SQL to wrangle data, translate insights into actions, and collaborate with analysts and senior leaders to drive digital marketing and DTC improvements.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field such as Data Science, CS, Engineering or Analytics.
• Consultancy mindset with ability to adapt to diverse business scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with analytics tools like Power BI, Python and SQL preferred.

About the Role:
As a Marketing & Sales Technologist, you will play a vital role in leveraging consumer insights and data engineering to drive impactful business decisions. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies to design and implement technical solutions that unlock the power of consumer data.

This Internship position will allow you to get started with your IT career and serve as a stepping stone to an international career within P&G:
Integrated in the local digital transformation team and working closely with the Iberian data engineering team and European consumer insights community, you will:

• Analyze and model large datasets, translating daily consumer touchpoints and behaviors into actionable recommendations;
• Enhance key performance measures, optimize digital andDTC operations;
• Utilize advanced data wrangling techniques and tools to extract valuable insights from retail and consumer data;
• Team up with technology partners to translate your innovations into robust and scalable data projects;
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-nationality teams;
• Discover and lead next-generation analytic capabilities by collaborating with customer/category analysts and senior business leaders.

Job Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields.
• You are comfortable working with diverse business scenarios and a consultancy mindset.
• You are passionate about trying new things, learning quickly, and working well with diverse backgrounds.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, are self-motivated, dynamic, and have a can-do attitude.
• You are proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with analytics tools/languages such as Power BI, Python and SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools and generative AI platforms to enhance productivity and problem-solving is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing domain areas is a plus.
• Availability to do a 1-year internship
