team.blue, a leading European digital enablement provider, is seeking a Marketing Operations Team Lead to drive MarTech, regional operations, and CX integrations across its multi-brand, multi-market estate.

You will lead 10+ colleagues, shape operating models and tooling strategy, and turn AI-enabled workflows into scalable playbooks, while staying hands-on to unblock the team and raise delivery standards. This is a strategic leadership role in a fast-evolving marketing tech landscape.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in marketing operations, MarTech or RevOps.
• Experience multi-brand, multi-market environments.
• Strong marketing stack + analytics tool proficiency.
• Proven ability to build scalable standards and docs.
• Fluent in agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent stakeholder management and English.
• 3+ years leading distributed teams.
• Experience deploying AI-assisted tooling.
• Experience in CoE/shared-service models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI and tool enablement across campaigns, QA, and reporting.
• Oversee CX integration linking Marketing, UX, Product, and Tech.
• Support agile delivery with sprint cadences and governance.
• Drive adoption of new tools and AI-driven workflows.
• Lead and develop MarTech/Automation teams.
• Align operating model with quarterly planning and CoE leadership.
