Serenity - The Art of Well Being is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing for Serenity, Active by Serenity, and Pure. You will shape brand strategy, manage digital campaigns, email marketing, and PR while ensuring consistency across sub-brands.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with partners, and delivering engaging campaigns that drive awareness and revenue in the wellness hospitality space.

Qualificações

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital and brand marketing (hospitality or luxury sector preferred).
• Knowledge of paid media (Google, Meta), SEO tools, content platforms.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google/Adobe Analytics).
• Familiarity with CMS, email marketing and CRM platforms, Adobe Suite, Canva or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Brand Strategy & Positioning: develop and implement strategies across Serenity, Active, and Pure.
• Digital Marketing & Performance: plan and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, etc.
• Email Marketing & CRM: develop newsletters, automations, campaigns; segment audiences.
• Content & Social Media: define content strategy and manage social presence across platforms.
• PR, Partnerships & Brand Visibility: craft PR plans and manage partnerships.
• Analytics & Reporting: monitor metrics and report outcomes; use insights for optimization.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: align with operations, product and experience teams.
• Budget & Resource Management: plan and monitor budgets; coordinate external agencies.
